Over time, the platform expanded to include additional features like transcription, translation, and integration with major platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo. This enhanced functionality was built to simplify content management while providing users with seamless access to powerful tools for working with audiovisual media.

- Understanding Client Needs: We started by focusing on the needs of the target audience, primarily top-tier universities. Multiple discussions were held with the client to understand their exact requirements. After gathering insights, we developed a detailed workflow diagram to guide the project, making sure everything was aligned with the client’s expectations.
- Focus on User Experience: A key priority was making the platform intuitive and easy to use. We concentrated on user interface design, ensuring that the platform was simple to manage and could be easily adopted by users of all technical backgrounds. This involved refining the look and feel of the platform to enhance the overall user experience.
- Agile Development and Testing: Once the plan was set, the project moved into development, taking about 1.5 years to launch the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Using an agile development approach, we worked in iterative sprints, constantly refining features and ensuring quality. Jira boards were utilized to track each task, and rigorous testing was performed to guarantee functionality before releasing any features.

The platform’s permission management system provides organizations with full control over access rights, ensuring security and flexibility, all managed through a user-friendly dashboard.
