We set out to create a custom SaaS application designed to make staffing and recruitment easier and more efficient. The idea was to simplify the process for recruiters, allowing them to quickly evaluate candidates based on important factors like their experience, medical and credit history, and even regional salary trends. By automating these evaluations, we helped take a lot of the guesswork and manual effort out of hiring decisions. The goal was to build something that not only saved time but also improved accuracy, making the whole recruitment process smoother and more streamlined.
